Explores contemporary policy issues in higher education. The purpose of this course is threefold: to develop an understanding of key policy issues at the international, national, state, and institutional levels; to conduct policy analysis of national issues in American higher education; and to develop an integrated view of policy and practice for practitioners working in higher education.
